Our metal pavilion components begin with flat 11-gauge steel precisely formed into rigid channels. This gauge provides a balance of strength and workability.
Pavilion legs cut from solid tubing rather than folded or plate sections to deliver extra rigidity. Solid tube legs offer superior torsional stiffness and consistent section properties along the length, improving overall structural stability and minimizing deflection under live and wind loads. The combination of channelized 11ga members and solid tube legs yields a durable, precise pavilion framework suited for long-term performance and refined aesthetic lines.

And because the pavilion can be fully disassembled, delivery and shipment are simple and efficient, making the entire process smooth from start to finish.
Roof Design
Our pavilions use the same high‑quality sheet‑metal roofing panels found in residential construction, ensuring long‑lasting durability. The panels are securely fastened to the pavilion frame using wood studs concealed within the roof braces, creating a clean, seamless look.

Delivery
Our kits are transported on an 8‑ft‑plus skid, making receiving and moving them simple and stress‑free. We offer local delivery throughout the Lebanon, PA area and beyond, and for customers outside our region, shipping via freight or lift‑gate service is available. Every kit is securely packaged, clearly labeled, and designed for smooth unloading.
